Gibidum, also known as Gebidum, is the name of a mountain pass (2'201 m), a mountain lake (2'193 m) and also of a mountain (2'317 m) high above the village of Visperterminen (1'378 m) in the canton of Valais. Gibidum can be reached by a chairlift from Visperterminen to Giw (1'961 m) and from there by an about 1 hour hike. The lake Gibidum is surrounded by an unique mountain scenery to all sides.

The outdated 72 metres high transmission tower seen at the right side should be rebuilt during the next years. It is connected by a cable car (closed for public) from the valley floor in Eischoll.
