Der Grimselpass verbindet Innertkirchen im Berner Oberland mit Guttannen im Oberwallis. Die Passhöhe befindet sich auf 2164 Meter über Meer. Auf der Nordseite liegen drei mit Stollen verbundene Stauseen. Es sind dies der Räterichsbodensee, der Grimselsee und der Oberaarsee. Unweit des Oberaarsee befindet sich auf 2365m der kleine Triebtensee.

The Grimsel Pass connects Innertkirchen in the Bernese Oberland with Guttannen in the Upper Valais. The top of the pass is 2164 metres above sea level. There are three reservoirs connected by tunnels on the north side. These are the Räterichsbodensee, the Grimselsee and the Oberaarsee. Not far from the Oberaarsee is the small Triebtensee at 2365 metres.
