Brüschrainhöchi 1546 metres is about 150 metres above Haggenegg. A single-lane road leads up to Haggenegg from Schwyz, which is somewhat narrow in places and should not be underestimated in case of oncoming traffic. Although Haggenegg is partly described as a pass road, there is a general ban on motor vehicles from the top of the pass in the direction of Alpthal. Haggenegg is easily accessible by e-bike from Alpthal.
