The Monte Roraima is the highest Tepui of the Guyana's Highland Range. Its 31 km² summit area is defended by 400-metre-tall cliffs on all sides. The mountain includes the triple border point of Venezuela, Brazil and Guyana. The mountain's highest point is the Maverick Rock with an elevation of 2’810 m (situated within Venezuela).

A part of the Roraima massif belongs to the Venezuelan Canaima National Park

From the top of Mount Roraima, millions of liters of water are drained, forming several incredible high waterfalls (named “Roraima Falls”), which drop the 400-metre tall cliffs of the tepuy.
