The stamp design shows pine trees growing on a cliff above the coast line with a natural arch. It is not known if it depicts a real landscape or an artists work. Non profit org stamps can be used only by organizations authorized by the US Postal Service as eligible.

The subsequent collection is potentially incomplete. Specialists distinguish individual issues by different printing types of the year date, such as different perforations and also other varieties.
