The Gasherbrum Range contains three eight-thousanders Gasherbrum I (8'080 m, Broad Peak (8'051 m) and Gasherbrum II (8'034 m).

Gasherbrum I, the 11th highest peak on earth is also known as Hidden Peak or K5.
First ascent: 05.07.1958 by American Expedition, Peter Schoening and Andy Kauffman.

The Gasherbrum II (also known as K4) is the 13th highest mountain on the earth.
First Ascent: 08.07.1956 by Austrian expedition Fritz Moravec, Josef Larch and Hans Willenpart.

Gasherbrum III (7'946 m) is located between Gasherbrum II and IV.
First Ascent: 11.08.1975 by Polish expedition, Wanda Rutkiewicz, Alison Chadwick-Onyszkiewicz, Janusz Onyszkiewicz und Krzysztof Zdzitowiecki.

(The summit at the right (behind) seems to be the Gasherbrum I and the summit between Gasherbrum II and IV is Gasherbrum III.
