The Khrebet Babash-Ata Mountains (3'036 m) , also known as Gora Babash-Ata Mountains (average elevation 3'036 metres), are situated in the Fergana Mountains, just in the north of the village Arslanbob.

Arslanbob with its 1'500 inhabitants is famous for its walnut forests, which covers an area of about 110 square kilometres. It is known as the largest walnut grove on earth and produces 1'500 tonnes of walnuts per year.
