The Tanzawa Mountains covers the northwestern part of the Kanawaga Prefecture.

Its highest summit is the Mount Hirugatake (1'673 m). Other peaks are the Mount Fudo (1'614 m), Mount Hinokiboramaru (1'601 m), Mount Tanzawa (1'567 m), Mount Tō (1'491 m), Mount Shindainichi (1'340 m) and the Mount Oyama (1'252 m).
