The Latemar Group is a mountain range in the south of the Rosengarten Group (Catinaggio) and separated from this mountain chain by the Passo di Carezza. The Latemar is characterised by its form of a horseshoe, open towards east.
The highest elevation of the group is the Torre Diamantidi (2'842 m), also known as Cimon del Latemar or Diamantiditurm.
