The Acatenango (3'976 m) and Fuego (3'763 m) volcanoes form the Fuego-Acatenango massif, known as La Horqueta. The volcanoes are situated in the south-west of the city Antigua. The massif comprises of five volcanic vents, known as Ancient Acatenango, Yepocapa, Pico Mayor de Acatenango, Meseta and Fuego.
