Cerro Fitzroy & Cerro Torre - Issues of Private Postal Services

The Cerro Fitzroy (3'408 m), also known as Cerro Chaltel or Chaltén, is the highest spire in a compact range of granite peaks within the Parque Nacional Los Glaciares. The Cerro Torre (3'128 m) is situated in the west of Cerro Fitzroy. The mountains are situated at the border area of Argentina and Chile.

First ascent of the Cerro Fitzroy: February 2, 1952 by Lionel Terray and Guido Magnone, members of a French expedition.
